Adult Training

This is a boot camp style fitness course. Classes are performed inside our training facility and outdoors on our athletic fields; we will meet rain or shine! There will be a variety of exercises performed in each class. You can expect some running, jogging, push ups, crunches, resistance training, obstacle courses and core stability exercises, just to name a few.

Each class session lasts for 6-8 weeks. Classes are held five days a week, with each class being one hour in duration. The classes meet Monday through Friday. Times will be announced in August!!!

The Fitness Boot Camp is great for moms, dads, and business professions looking to train in a non-threatening environment through a variety of exercises and training programs not conducted at your local gym.
