Our commitment is second to none in developing, researching and implementing new ideas and strategies in order to give the athletes we train the edge over their opponents and to achieve ultimate performance! We work with and train hundreds of athletes each year through individual and team, sport specific programs that focus on developing a functionally strong, explosive and powerful athlete. We use a variety of training methods, utilizing medicine balls, form-running drills, Olympic lifting, weight training, resistance cords, speed hurdles, agility ladders, sand pits and various plyometric exercises. |
