High School Performance Program

The High School Performance program will utilize our state-of-the art facility to improve each athletes sport-specific performance including improved speed, power, agility, overall endurance, maximum jumping ability, decreased susceptibility to injury and greater confidence on the playing field. Our cutting-edge program will allow each athlete trained to compete at the highest level!

Youth Performance Program

The Youth Performance program covers all areas of athletic movements including speed, quickness, explosive power, agility, acceleration, coordination, balance, mechanics and mental toughness. Each athlete will be placed in a group where they are with athletes in the same age range and ability level so that they receive the appropriate type of training provided by our staff.

Summer Training Dates: June 25th-August 24th, 2007
